Coaching with Nichole

As a certified grief and wellbeing coach my goal is to provide a safe space for you to explore grief through the healing journey. I will meet you where you are at and support the journey of coming home to yourself.

Grief isn’t only about loss, it’s about the identity shifts that follow. Whether through the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or life transitions like children leaving home, grief can leave you questioning who you are without what (or who) you’ve lost.

My coaching is designed to support you through these identity changes with compassion and care. Using a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and soul, I help you process your grief while gently rediscovering or even creating the version of yourself that is waiting to emerge. Together, we’ll explore your story, nurture your healing, and guide you back to a sense of connection, belonging, and self.

How it works

Grief doesn’t have to define you. It can be a part of who you are without losing yourself.

Deciding to invest in yourself will be one of the hardest decisions you make but it will come as the greatest reward.

My goal is to walk beside you in your grief and find ways to allow you to heal on your own terms with tools and resources to be successful. Healing isn’t linear and your journey will not be either.

Grief coaching allows you to heal at your pace.

Many of us have thought about getting the support of a coach to help support us, guide us and provide direction when we feel stuck. Most won’t do it because it is hard to invest in ourselves.

To grieve is to have loved.

“What we have once enjoyed deeply we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us.” – Helen Keller

“Grief is a journey, not a destination. There is no timeline for healing.” – Melvina Young

“It’s so much darker when a light goes out than it would have been if it had never shone.” John Steinbeck
